Foxit Enterprise Reader 6.1.2.1224 has been released by Foxit Software. Foxit Enterprise Reader is a free PDF reader designed to meet the needs of an enterprise. It is designed to be fully compatible with Adobe Reader and provides full-fidelity viewing of PDF documents.
According to the release notes, this version of Foxit Enterprise Reader contains the following improvements:
- Improves the compatibility of converted PDFs, allowing users to open converted PDFs with greater accuracy and more smoothly than other PDF products.
- Enhances the conversion function, making the converted contents clearer and sharper.
- Fixed an issue where the Comment tools do not work when using the mouse with inverted buttons (for left-handed people).
- Fixed an issue where text cannot be typed immediately after a new Typewriter comment is created when the Ribbon is minimized.
- Fixed an issue where snap shot is not allowed when “Extract the contents of the document” is allowed.
- Fixed an issue where errors occur when playing the audio embedded in a large RMS protected PDF file.
- Fixed an issue where the Microsoft Outlook lists the Contacts of current user by default instead of Global Address List when selecting users during document encryption.
