A service update has introduced Office 2016 to all OWL customers starting on September 22, 2015. The new features include:
- Available on a range of popular devices including Android tablets, Android phones, iPads, iPhones, Windows desktops and Windows laptops.
- Co-author Word documents in real-time
- Simplified email attachments for recently edited documents
- Tell me feature to find any Office command
- Use Skype for Business to collaborate with instant messages, voice, video, and screen sharing
- Multi-factor authentication to secure access to emails and documents
The new Office 2016 will become available automatically. There will be no impact to the service or downtime during the update.
