New ODS Features – July 2016

A service update has introduced new features to ODS for July 2016.  The new features include:

  • Increased device enrollment limits
     ODS increased the maximum configurable device enrollment limit from 5 to 15 devices per user.
  • TeamViewer Integration for Windows PCs running the ODS client software
    TeamViewer integration for Windows PCs that run the ODS client lets you establish remote assistance sessions with Windows PCs to provide remote support to end users. This includes Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and Windows 10

These new features will become available automatically.  There will be no impact to the service or downtime during the update.  There is no need to update the software running on your device to take advantage of these new features.
